With over 9 years working as a qualified Coach and Motor Body Builder, business owner and sub-contractor, it is Rodney’s enviable range of work undertaken with the BM Webb Group over a 15 year period that has placed Allan Constructions in a leading position.

Starting out as as a trainee construction foreman at the BM Webb Group, Rodney worked hard in every aspect of his job and within 5 years he became a licensed rigger, crane driver and a qualified license builder.  Working his way through the business to the position of BM Webb Group’s Major Projects Manager, Rodney spent the next 10 years involved in the design and construction of over 60 industrial warehouses within Webb Drive Industrial Estate located at Bohle, Townsville.  Many of these projects required complex and often complicated variances to plans, management of large teams and strict timeframes for completion.

With extensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of industrial and commercial construction Rodney launched his own company, Allan Constructions in March 2012 with the full support of his team, co-workers and clients. Everything from design, to construction, to managing plant equipment, large crews then to the final handover.
